A practising chartered accountant since 2012, Ojas began in accountancy, direct tax and indirect tax, and steadily widened the practice into statutory audit and co-operative society audit. The G.D.C. & A. gives him a specialist's command of co-operative audits.

As a law graduate, he also consults on stamp duty, registration and property documentation — conveyance deeds, society transfers, development agreements, sale agreements, valuation and adjudication. Few desks in Mumbai cover both columns of that ledger.

The firm's most senior and experienced associate, S. V. Shah is a Government Certified Panel Auditor with the Department of Co-operation, Marketing & Textiles, Maharashtra, with 33 years in the field of co-operative society audits.

His standing in the field extends to appointment by the State Government of Maharashtra as a Government Panel Administrator — experience the firm draws on for its most demanding society engagements.
